Apollo is a custom designer and manufacturer of precision plastic formed molds using the latest in plastic injection molding technology, providing long and short run plastic injection tooling and molding services.

Our capabilities include design, manufacturing & engineering assistance, CAD/CAM and direct machining, wire EDM, EDNC, molding and assembly services. Secondary operations include pad printing, hot stamping, ultrasonic welding and inserting and labeling.

The basis for providing a quality product is the design. Our Design Department uses the most advanced modeling software. Our CAD/CAM software enables us to machine the details of the tool directly from the design data. This not only cuts the lead time for supplying production parts, but the potential for human error is also greatly decreased. We can accept all file formats.

Within our Engineering Department, our professional staff of Design Engineers provide you with the innovative ideas you need to ensure your product''s success. With our CAD/CAM software, the integrity of your part data is maintained throughout the entire process. After creating a solid model of the mold, the cavity detail is machined with the latest technology CNC milling and EDM equipment. The molded part is then measured and compared to your original part file with our CMM.



Our tooling department is considered by some of our customers to be the best source for manufacturing precision plastic injection molds. Whether your need is for an aluminum prototype, medium hardness steel pre-production mold or hardened high-volume production mold, our quick lead-times help our customers get new projects off the ground in a hurry!

Our CAD/CAM and direct machining capabilities allow us to take part database files and turn them in to cores and cavities quickly. Complex shapes and contours are not a problem for our CNC professionals. With high speed 3 axis CNC mills, we can cut any material quickly. All programming is done in-house.

Our EDM department includes Wire EDM, Sinkers and EDNC. Our EDM professionals also do all of the programming in-house. Using all of the latest mold design concepts, our molds are built with precision and made to last. With in-house CNC, EDM, heat treating and polishing, we have full control of the entire moldmaking process.



Controlling the molding process is probably the most critical factor in the overall scope of providing world-class products. This is accomplished by utilizing the newest programmable microprocessor controlled machinery available. With press sizes ranging from 40 to 2000 tons of clamp force, your part size and shape options become vast. Combine our hot runner and insert molding expertise with our versatility to handle low or high volume production in a lean environment, and your "One Stop" source is nearly complete. Equipped with the latest in technology equipment and staffed with veteran molding personnel, our manufacturing plant can handle even the most difficult molding projects.
